Do you charge a consultation fee?
No, never. I do not charge you just to come see your space or discuss what you need. We talk, figure out a plan, and only once we agree on a scope do we move forward.
Who actually shows up to clean?
Me, Erin. Always. I do not send a team of strangers to your home. When you book with me, you know exactly who is showing up. My team assists with physical installation of organizing hardware when needed, but all cleaning and advising is done by me personally.
What does the organizing service include?
We work together in 4-hour sessions to sort, declutter, and create a system for your space. I will recommend specific products, including bins, containers, and closet systems, from the Container Store and other retailers. You purchase those yourself, on your own budget. I do not shop on your behalf and do not ask to be reimbursed.
How is pricing determined?
Cleaning is priced based on the size of your home and the type of clean you need. I give you a clear starting price and a final quote before I begin any work, no surprises afterward. Organizing sessions are priced per 4-hour block.
What areas do you serve?
I am based in Columbus, Ohio and serve the surrounding areas. If you are unsure whether I cover your area, just reach out and ask. I am happy to let you know.
What if I am not happy with the result?
If anything is not right, I will come back and fix it. No arguments, no questions. My goal is for your home to look and feel exactly the way you wanted. Your satisfaction is the whole point.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
That is completely up to you. Some clients prefer to be home, others leave a key. We can discuss whatever arrangement makes you most comfortable when we talk through your booking.
